Meta Verified subscribers get access to email and chat support for help with account issues.
Email and chat support is currently available in English, Thai, Hindi, Chinese, Korean, Malay, Italian, French, German, Turkish, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Indonesian, and Japanese.
Note: Chat support is only available on the Instagram and Facebook mobile apps, and can’t be accessed on a computer.

Instagram mobile app (iPhone)
To contact Meta Verified Support on Instagram:
- Open the Instagram mobile app and log into your verified account.
- Tap your profile picture in the bottom right to go to your profile.
- Tap in the top right, then tap Meta Verified.
- Tap your verified profile, then tap Get support.
- Select the issue you need support for.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.

To contact Meta Verified Support on Instagram:
- Open the Instagram mobile app and log into your verified account.
