Accessing and Downloading Your Instagram Information

Instagram provides you with ways to access, download and transfer your information to another service.
Access Your Data
You can access your data by logging into your Instagram account and using "Your Activity." To learn more on how to access your data, visit the Help Center.
Download Your Data
You can get a copy of your Instagram data using the Data Download tool. The Data Download tool allows you to request a file that includes your photos, comments, profile information and more. You can access the Data Download tool from the Privacy and Security section of Instagram Settings.
Downloading your data is a password-protected process. Only you will have access to your download file. Once you've requested your file, it will be available for download for a few days. We provide your downloaded data in a machine-readable format, in case you want to transfer it to another service.
Please note that your file doesn't include content that you've deleted from your Instagram account.

You can transfer a copy of some of your information, including photos, videos, posts, events and notes by selecting the "Transfer a copy of your information" option under the "Your Information and permissions" tab in your Accounts Center.

When logging into your account by entering your email address and password, you will be redirected to a page that informs you that your account has been disabled.
