How to view alt text on Threads
You can view alt text for posts shared on Threads by managing your alt text settings.
To turn on alt text:
Threads app for Android and iPhone- Tap
or your profile picture in the bottom right to go to your profile.
- Tap
in the top right.
- Tap Accessibility.
- Tap
next to Show alt text to see alt text descriptions.
When alt text is available for a photo or video included in a post, you’ll see Alt at the bottom of the photo or video. Tap Alt to view the alt text.
