Unable to subscribe

If you’re not able to subscribe to Meta Verified:

ID issues

Make sure your ID meets Meta Verified ID requirements.

When you take photos of your ID, make sure you:
  • Take a photo of the ID head-on, avoiding angles.
  • Use a well-lit area.
  • Place your ID on a flat surface with a contrasting background.
  • Include the entire ID with all four corners visible, avoiding any cutoffs.
  • Don’t use camera flash to minimize glare.
  • Remove any other objects from the photo.

We won’t accept your ID photos if:
  • Your ID doesn’t meet requirements
  • Your ID is expired
  • The ID isn’t fully visible with all four corners in the frame
  • The ID information is too blurry or isn’t readable

Verification failed

There are a few reasons verification may have failed:
  • You didn’t successfully complete the verification process within 3 days. If this happens, your subscription will be canceled and you will be eligible for a refund.
  • We weren’t able to verify your identity. If this happens, you can try subscribing again after the refund process is complete.
