You can check the specific ad costs you were billed for and other transaction details in the Instagram app.

1. Go to your profile and tap in the upper right corner.
2. Select Business tools and controls or Creator tools and controls depending on your profile type.
3. Tap Ad Payments.
4. Tap Payment Methods.
5. Tap under Payment Activity.

Now, you can see past bills for your Instagram ads.
