How to check the status of something you've reported to Instagram
If you've reported something for not following our Community Guidelines, you may have the option to check the status of your report from your Support Requests in the Instagram app.
To view something you’ve reported:
  1. Tap your profile picture in the bottom right to go to your profile.
  2. Tap settings at the top.
  3. Scroll down, then tap Help.
  4. Tap Support requests, then tap Reports.
  5. Tap the report you’d like to view. Note: Every report you’ve made may not be viewable in Support requests.
In Support Requests, you can:
  • Tap on available reports to learn more about our policies.
  • See when we take action on your report and the decision we made.
  • Request a review of our decision. For some types of content, you can't request a review, but we're adding more options.
If you've reported something to Instagram and we've determined that it doesn't go against our Community Guidelines, there are other steps you can take to see less content like what you reported. Learn more about how to restrict or block people on Instagram and how to use the Sensitive Content Control.
