You can add, delete or edit your frequently asked questions and your automated responses on Chats at any time. These questions will be displayed when people try to message your account on Instagram.

1. Tap or in the top right of Feed.
   
2. Tap and then tap Tools.
3. Under Tools, tap Frequently asked questions.
4. Tap the toggle next to Show Questions to enable automated responses.
5. Under Questions, tap Add Question.
• For each question, you’ll be prompted to enter a Question and optional Automated Response. Tap Save once you’re done.

You can add up to four frequently asked questions. To edit or delete a question, tap on it, adjust the question and automated response, and tap Save.
