About selling products with affiliate on Instagram
Instagram’s current affiliate program will end in August. From August 31, creators will no longer be able to tag commission-eligible products, and existing content will no longer earn commission. Learn more.
If you sell products from a shop on Instagram, you can create an affiliate program to allow creators to share your products and earn commissions.

Note: All creator applications are reviewed and approved by Meta before creators can join the affiliate program.

How branded content works with affiliate
Affiliate creators can tag affiliate products on their branded content posts. If they add you as their brand partner to their Instagram post, they must apply the paid partnership label.
Remember that you can only remove or edit product tags from branded content posts, not from affiliate posts.
