Remove user-generated content from a shop on Instagram
If you’d like to remove UGC from your shop on Instagram, there are two ways to do so:
- From the post, or
- From the Product Detail Page (PDP).
Remove UGC from the Instagram post
How to remove from the Instagram post:
- Navigate to the post you are interested in removing.
- Tap the
(iOS) or
(Android) icon to open the options menu.
- Select Remove From Shop.
The post will be removed from your shop on Instagram.
Remove UGC from the Product Detail Page (PDP)
How to remove from the PDP in Instagram:
- Navigate to the product page of the specific product.
- Tap the post.
- Tap the
- Select Remove From Shop.
The post will be removed from your shop on Instagram.
