To use a screen reader for Instagram:
On an Android device
To turn TalkBack on or off on an Android device:
  1. Go to your device's home screen and tap Settings.
  2. Tap Accessibility.
  3. Tap TalkBack.
  4. Tap next to Use TalkBack to turn it on or off.
On an iOS device
To turn VoiceOver on or off on an iOS device:
  1. Go to your device's home screen and tap Settings.
  2. Tap Accessibility, then tap VoiceOver.
  3. Tap next to VoiceOver to turn it on or off.
