How to turn push notifications on or off on Instagram
You can choose to get push notifications when someone likes or comments on your post. If you have notifications turned on, you can also choose accounts that you want to receive notifications about. To turn push notifications on or off:
- Tap
or your profile picture in the bottom right to go to your profile.
- Tap
in the top right.
- Below How you use Instagram, tap Notifications.
Receive notifications about specific accounts
To receive notifications about specific accounts that you follow:
- Tap
- Tap Following in the top right.
- Next to the account tap
then tap Manage Notifications.
- Tap
next to the feature that you want to turn on notifications for.
