In order to send account level permissions, you’ll need to onboard onto the Meta Collaboration Center.

To onboard onto the Collaboration Center, use the following steps:

1. Go to Business.Facebook.com.
2. Click on the All tools menu.
3. Select Collaboration Center and click Get started.
4. Select Setup or Branded content ads to begin the onboarding process.
5. Click Set up to start partnering with creators for branded content ads.
6. Verify the Instagram accounts that are connected to the business account ID.
7. Click on Finish to complete the setup.
   • If you need to add any missing Instagram accounts, select Business settings.

You can now use Meta Collaboration Center’s permission features.
