Add people to an existing group chat on Instagram
You can add more people to group chats on Instagram that already include 3 or more people.
Add people to a group chat
To add people to a group chat:
- Tap
or
in the top right of Feed.
- Tap the conversation you'd like to add people to, then tap the group name at the top.
- Tap
Add at the top.
- Search for and select people you'd like to add, then tap Next.
- Tap Add.
If the chat admin created an invite link, you can also share the link with others to join the conversation.
