How to request monetization support for creators
This product or feature may not be available to you yet.
This feature is only available for business and creator accounts on Instagram.
You can request support for monetization tools in the Instagram app in the professional dashboard, or by filling in a contact form.
Before you begin
- You must set up payouts to receive your earnings.
- You must have a professional (business or creator) profile to access the professional dashboard at the top of your profile.

Request help with payments using a contact form
Get in touch with Meta to request monetization support for:
Request help with payments in the Instagram app
You can also request for payment support in the Instagram app. Go to your profile on the Instagram app.
- Tap
in the top right, then select Settings.
- Tap Help and then Monetization help.
- Tap Contact support.
- Make sure the default e-mail address listed is correct and select the product area you need help with.
- Fill in the required information. Note: If it is possible to troubleshoot your issue within Instagram, you will be redirected within the app.
- Tap Submit.
You can go to the Monetization help page to view the status of your Support requests. You’ll receive an email with updates to the account listed.
