Name a group chat on Instagram
You can name or rename group chats of 3 or more people on Instagram.
Name a group chat on Instagram
- Tap
or
in the top right of Feed.
- Tap the group chat you'd like to name or rename.
- Tap the group name at the top, then tap Change name & photo.
- Tap Change name.
- Enter a name for the chat, then tap Done.
Keep in mind that people included in the group chat will be able to see that you've renamed it.
