Search on Instagram
You can search on Instagram using keywords to find photos and videos, hashtags, accounts, audio, tags, and places.
Search on Instagram
- Tap
at the bottom to go to Search & Explore.
- Tap Search in the search bar at the top.
- Type who or what you want to search for, then tap the search button in the bottom right of your keyboard.
- Tap For you, Accounts, Audio, Tags, Places or Reels below the search bar to filter your results.
Note that from the Instagram app you can also tap suggested keywords from the top of Search & Explore to see a page of relevant photos and videos.
