How to turn off suggested questions on Chats
If you have a business account and haven’t set up your frequently asked questions yet, four suggested questions will be displayed in an inactive chat to help people restart a conversation with you.
For example, people returning to an inactive thread may see questions from the following list, which they can choose to send:
- I have a question about my order?
- How can I cancel or change my order?
- What’s your return, exchange, or refund policy?
- Can I check in about your availability?
How to turn off suggested questions from Instagram:
- Go to your profile and tap
in the upper right corner.
- Tap Business.
- Tap Frequently asked questions.
- Tap Show questions when restarting a chat to turn off suggested questions from Instagram.
