Remove a reel from your Instagram profile
If you've previously shared a reel on Instagram, you can remove the preview from your main profile grid.
Remove a preview from your profile grid
- Tap
or your profile picture in the bottom right to go to your profile.
- Tap
below your bio or story highlights.
- Tap the reel you want to remove.
- Tap
in the bottom right, then tap Remove From Profile Grid.
Removing the preview from your profile grid won't affect the availability of the reel on feed or your profile's reels section. If you want to re-add the preview, you'll need to re-upload your reel.
