Access your information
As an Instagram user, you can access your Instagram information using our self-service tools. To learn how to review your data on Instagram, please visit the Help Center.
To view your account information in the Instagram app, go to your profile page, tap the menu in the upper right corner, and select “Your activity.” You can also find additional account information, including your personal information, account status, and ad interests under “Settings.” For additional information, please visit the Help Center.
Download your information
You can download a copy of your data on Instagram by following the steps described here.
Port your information
In case you want to transfer your data to another service, please use our Data Download tool that provides the option of downloading your data in a machine-readable format.
Delete your information or account
As an Instagram user, you can delete delete photos or videos you have shared on Instagram, to learn more about this please follow our instructions in the Help Center.
