Share a post with your Close Friends list on Instagram
When you create a Close Friends list, you can choose to share your posts with only the people on that list.
Share a post with your Close Friends list
- Tap
at the bottom or swipe right anywhere in Feed.
- Tap POST at the bottom.
- Select up to 10 photos and videos from your camera roll to add to your post, or take a new photo or video by tapping
on the right.
- Tap Next in the top right to edit your post, then tap Next again when you’re done editing.
- When you're ready to share, tap Audience, select Close Friends, then tap Done at the bottom.
- Tap Share in the top right.
People on your Close Friends list will know they're on it. If someone on your Close Friends list likes, comments on or shares your post, others on your Close Friends list will be able to see their username and how they interact with your post. No one can request to be added to your Close Friends list.
If someone has added you to their list, you'll see a 
Close Friends label when viewing their posts.
