See your Instagram account history
Note that you must be logged into your account to view your Instagram account history.
You can view your Instagram account history and review all the changes you made to your account in Your activity.
Review your account history
To see your account history:
- Tap
or your profile picture in the bottom right to go to your profile.
- Tap
in the top right.
- Below How you use Instagram, tap Your activity.
- Tap
Account history. Scroll to view all the changes you’ve made to your account.
- To filter changes you've made to your account before making your choices:
- Tap newest to oldest to sort changes chronologically.
- Tap All dates to filter changes in a specific date range.
- Tap Update type to filter changes by type.
- Tap Apply.
From your account history, you can tap changes you made to your account to update that information or setting. For example, if you made a change to your password, you can tap it in your account history to update your password again.
