See your link history on Instagram
You can view websites you’ve visited on Instagram in the past 30 days in the link history page of Your activity. Link history is a list of links to the websites you’ve visited on Instagram’s in-app mobile browser. Note: Links visited in chats on Instagram are not saved to link history.
When viewing your link history, you can choose to remove a single link or clear all links.
To view your Instagram link history
- Tap
or your profile picture in the bottom right to go to your profile.
- Tap
in the top right.
- Below How you use Instagram, tap Your activity.
- Tap
Link history.
- From here you can scroll to view your link history and:
- Tap a link to revisit that page.
- Tap
to the right of a single link to remove it from your link history, then tap Clear.
- Tap Clear all in the top right, then tap Clear to remove all links from your link history.
Whenever you clear a link from link history, the website will be removed from the list and you won’t be able to see it in link history anymore.
You can choose to turn link history on at any time. When link history is on:
- Any links you’ve tapped inside of Instagram and visited in Instagram’s in-app mobile browser will be saved here for 30 days.
- We may use link history information from our browser to improve your ads across Meta technologies. Learn more about how we use information in our Privacy Policy.
You can also turn link history on or off and clear your link history from your Browser settings.
