Set a daily time limit on Instagram
You can set a reminder to let you know when you've spent a certain amount of time on Instagram throughout the day.
Set a daily time limit reminder
- Tap
or your profile picture in the bottom right to go to your profile.
- Tap
in the top right.
- Below How you use Instagram, tap Your activity.
- Below How you use Instagram, tap Time spent.
- Tap Daily limit.
- Choose an amount of time and tap Turn on.
You can also see how much time you have spent on Instagram.
