Refund eligibility
Meta Verified refunds are returned to the original payment method used to purchase the subscription.
What can be refunded
Refunds for Meta Verified profile subscriptions are available if:
- You didn't complete the verification process.
- We weren't able to verify your identity.
What can't be refunded
- Canceling after verification completes. If you cancel your subscription after completing the verification process, you won’t be eligible for a refund. You’ll continue having access to Meta Verified support and benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Canceling during your billing cycle. If you cancel your subscription during your current billing cycle, you won’t be eligible for a partial refund. You’ll continue having access to Meta Verified support and benefits until your subscription ends.
- Immediately canceling benefits. If you cancel your subscription and choose to immediately cancel your benefits, you won’t be eligible for a partial refund. You’ll lose access to Meta Verified support and benefits.
Refund requests
All refund requests are subject to approval and may take up to 60 days to complete, depending on your payment method and payment provider's refund terms.
Note: Steps may differ depending on the payment method you used to purchase your subscription.
Request a refund
If you purchased your subscription through Google, you’ll need to request a refund through the Google Play Store.
Note: If your account is suspended for a violation of our Meta Verified eligibility requirements, Terms of Use, or Community Guidelines, your subscription will be automatically canceled and a refund will be unavailable.
If you already have an existing verified badge based on prior requirements, you can still sign up for Meta Verified.
