Get help with a donation you made on Instagram
Donations on Instagram Stories and Live isn't available to everyone.
To contact support, tap Get Help With Your Donation in your donations receipt email. You can also:
Instagram app for Android and iPhone- Tap
or your profile picture in the bottom right to go to your profile.
- Tap
, then tap Orders and payments.
- Tap the donation that you need support for.
- Tap Get Help with this Donation at the bottom.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
