Edit your profile on Threads
You can update some of your profile information on Threads, including your bio, links and profile picture.
Edit your profile picture and information
Threads app for Android and iPhone- Tap
or your profile picture in the bottom right to go to your profile.
- Tap Edit profile below your profile information at the top. From here you can:
- Tap your profile picture, then tap one of the choices to make your selection.
- Tap Bio or Link to update the information, then tap Done in the top right.
- Tap Done in the top right again to save your changes.
To import your bio, link or profile picture from Instagram, follow the steps above and select the Import from Instagram option.
Note that updating your profile picture, bio or link on Threads won’t affect your profile picture, bio or link on Instagram. To update other things like your username and personal information, edit your profile on Instagram.
