If you're having issues with your Subscriptions payment, you can submit a request to
get payments support.
- On desktop: If you signed up for your Subscription on a computer, include your email address and your Apple or Google Payments ID. (This can be found on the Subscription receipt sent by Apple or Google.)
- On mobile: If you signed up for your Subscription on a mobile phone, include your email address and your Apple or Google Payments ID. (This can be found on the Subscription receipt sent by Apple or Google.)
When completing the support form:
- Please try to include a detailed description of your problem.
- Please note some requests may take longer to process and respond to.
