This page explains the Communication Platforms Act (“CPA”), and provides information about how to report unlawful content identified in the CPA. The CPA is an Austrian law that requires social networks to maintain a procedure for handling complaints about unlawful content here.
Please note that Instagram separately maintains Community Guidelines that do not allow certain types of content. You can report content which you think violates Instagram's Community Guidelines by using the Report link that appears in the dropdown options near the content itself. If you believe content posted on Instagram is unlawful under the CPA, you may submit a report in accordance with the CPA.
