Someone used my Instagram account to make an unauthorized purchase in a shop on Instagram
This only applies to items bought on Instagram with Meta Pay. Learn how to report a post, an ad you see, or an unauthorized payment in Instagram Direct.
If there's a purchase in your order history that you didn't make with Meta Pay, please let us know:
Instagram app for Android and iPhone:- Tap
or your profile picture in the bottom right to go to your profile.
- Tap
in the top right.
- Tap Orders and payments.
- Tap the unauthorized order.
- Scroll down and tap Get help with your order.
- Select Unknown or suspicious order and fill out the form with details about your issue.
- Tap Send.
