Find receipt for donations made on Instagram
Donations on Instagram Stories, Live, posts, or bios are not available to everyone.
After you make a donation through a story, a live video, or on a post, a receipt will be sent to the email address you have on file for Instagram. You can also find a receipt in the Instagram app:
To get a receipt from Meta Pay:
- Tap
or your profile picture in the bottom right to go to your profile.
- Tap
, then tap Orders & Payments.
- Tap the donation you'd like to see a receipt for.
