Turn off iOS Reactions on Instagram
You can turn off Reactions for Instagram videos on your iOS device.

In September, Apple made video call and messaging Reactions available for iOS 17. Learn more about Reactions in their release notes.
Depending on the model of iOS device you have, Reactions might automatically be turned on for your device.
iOS Reactions on Instagram
If your iOS camera has Reactions automatically turned on, then you might experience these Reactions when you use the camera on the Instagram app. Reactions include things like balloons, confetti, or fireworks.
You can turn off Reactions.

Note:To turn off your iOS device’s Reactions on Instagram, you will have to get to your device’s Control Center from the Instagram camera.
- Open the Instagram app.
- Tap
to open the camera.
- Follow the instructions for adjusting settings in your Control Center in the Apple help center.
