Connect a loyalty membership account to Instagram
This feature is only available on the Instagram mobile app on your iPhone or Android device and for a limited number of shops at this time.
If you have a loyalty membership account with a shop, you can connect this account to earn points and get member benefits when you buy products with checkout on Instagram. If you don’t have a loyalty membership account, you may be able to create one during checkout.

How do I connect my loyalty membership account to Instagram?
To connect your loyalty membership account:
  1. On the checkout page, go to Rewards and offers.
  2. Tap the loyalty membership account you want to connect.
  3. Tap Connect and sign into your loyalty membership account.
  4. Tap Continue as [username] to confirm.
How do I create a loyalty membership account on Instagram?
If you do not already have a loyalty membership account with a shop, you may be able to create one during checkout.
To create a loyalty membership account:
  1. On the checkout page, go to Rewards and offers.
  2. Tap the loyalty membership account, then tap Connect.
  3. Tap Create new account and follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. Tap Create new account to confirm.
How do I disconnect my loyalty membership account from Instagram?
You can disconnect your loyalty membership account at any time.
To disconnect your loyalty membership account:
  1. Tap profile or your profile picture in the bottom right to go to your profile.
  2. Tap more options in the top right.
  3. Tap Orders and payments, then tap Payment settings.
  4. Below Rewards, tap the loyalty membership account you want to disconnect.
  5. Tap Disconnect account.
You can also disconnect your account during checkout by tapping on the account below Rewards and offers, and then tapping Disconnect account.
What data does Instagram receive when I connect my loyalty membership account?
When you connect your loyalty membership account to Instagram or create a new loyalty membership account on Instagram, Instagram and the shop will share your loyalty membership account information and shopping activity with each other, and each may use it according to their terms and policies.
