Promote Your Instagram Post with Accounts Center

This feature is only available for Instagram business and creator accounts.

If you’d like to promote your Instagram content in the Instagram mobile app, you may need to set up Accounts Center. When you set up your Accounts Center, you’ll be prompted to log into your personal Facebook account. This is because your Instagram business or creator account must be connected to a personal Facebook account to access your Facebook ad account, and enable you to promote your Instagram content.

If you’ve already set up Accounts Center with a personal Instagram account, you may receive a warning when you try to add your Instagram business or creator account. Only one Instagram account can be connected to a personal Facebook account at one time when promoting on the Instagram mobile app. You’ll have to remove the personal Instagram account in order to authenticate and set up Accounts Center for your Instagram business or creator account.
