How do I message someone on Threads?
In addition to sending a photo or video on Threads, you can send a message. To send a message:
- From the camera, tap
or swipe down.
- Tap the username of one of your close friends to open your conversation with them.
- From the chat, you can:
- Type a message and tap Send.
- Tap
to send audio message.
- Tap
to send a sticker or GIF.
- Tap
to send a picture from your camera roll or gallery.
- Tap
in the bottom right to send a photo or video.
- Tap
in the top right, then tap
to begin a video chat.
