From the Threads app, tap at the bottom to see activity and notifications about your profile and posts.

You’ll see a list of activities including who liked or replied to your posts and who followed or mentioned you. Tap the categories at the top to see a filtered activity list.

If you have a private profile, you’ll also see requests to follow you. Tap the request to go to their profile where you can accept their follow request.
