How do discounts and promotional offers work for purchases made on Instagram?
These features are only available on the latest version of the Instagram app. You can update your app in the App Store or Google Play Store.

Sellers may offer discounts or promotional offers on their products. You may see discounts in a seller's shop or on product pages and some discounts will apply at checkout.
If you have a promo code you want to use, you can enter this code at checkout to receive a discount on your order.
To apply a promo code:
- On the checkout page, scroll down to Offers.
- Tap Add Promo Code, then enter your promo code.
- Tap Save Changes.
Discounts that apply at checkout can be applied to products on sale. Promo codes cannot be combined with other discounts that apply at checkout.
Your order may also qualify for offers directly from Instagram. Offers from Instagram may be combined with other discounts and are calculated after all other discounts, shipping fees, and taxes have been applied.
Orders with promotions are eligible for Purchase Protection, and unless the product is final sale, you can return your order within 30 days after it has been delivered. The discounted amount is not eligible to be refunded.
