Manage and share posts saved as drafts on Instagram
Drafts are saved onto your device. You won’t be able to access a saved draft from another device, even if you log in to your account. If you uninstall the app, your drafts will be lost.
Once you've saved a post as a draft, you can share it the same way you would a new post. You can also discard posts you don't want to share.
Share a post you've saved as a draft:

  1. Tap create new at the bottom or swipe right anywhere in Feed.
  2. Tap POST at the bottom.
  3. Tap Drafts, then tap the post you'd like to share.
  4. Tap Next. Add a caption, your location, tag people or add music.
  5. Tap Edit to add effects and filters, then tap Done.
  6. When you're done, tap Share.
Instagram app for iPhone
  1. Tap create new at the bottom or swipe right anywhere in Feed.
  2. Tap POST at the bottom.
  3. Tap Drafts, then tap the post you'd like to share.
  4. Tap Next. Add a caption, your location, tag people or add music.
  5. Tap Edit to add effects and filters, then tap Next.
  6. When you're done, tap Share.
Discard a post you've saved as a draft:

  2. Tap POST at the bottom.
  3. Tap Drafts, then tap Manage at the right.
  4. Tap in the top right.
  5. Select the drafts you'd like to discard, then tap Done at the bottom.
  6. Tap Discard to confirm.

  1. Tap create new at the bottom or swipe right anywhere in Feed.
  2. Tap POST at the bottom.
  3. Tap Drafts, then tap Manage at the right.
  4. Tap Edit in the top right.
  5. Select the drafts you'd like to discard, then tap Done.
  6. Tap Discard posts to confirm.
