Select the jurisdiction where you are claiming legal rights

Without a court order establishing the unlawfulness of the content you wish to report, Instagram is not able to act on that content. If you have not already done so, you may wish to contact the party responsible for posting the content directly. If you obtain a court order against them, you may provide it to us and we will be happy to look into the matter further.
