If you're having issues with your Subscriptions payment, you can submit a request to get support.
- On desktop: If you signed up for your Subscription on a computer, include your email address and your Apple or Google Payments ID. This can be found on the Subscription receipt sent by Apple or Google.
- On mobile: If you signed up for your Subscription on a mobile phone, include your email address and your Apple or Google Payments ID. This can be found on the Subscription receipt sent by Apple or Google.
- Please include a detailed description of your problem.
