I'm having trouble connecting to...
Some Android devices have known connection problems with Facebook. See the full list below.
Please note that the Facebook login process through Instagram is controlled entirely by Facebook. If you're having trouble logging in, it's possible that Facebook is having temporary issues and that trying again in a few hours will work. For ongoing connection issues, we suggest deleting both the Instagram and Facebook apps, removing Instagram permissions from your Facebook account (from Privacy Settings), and then re-downloading both apps and attempting to connect to Facebook once again through Instagram.

To connect an Instagram account to your brand's Facebook page, first make sure you are designated as an administrator of the brand's Facebook account. Then follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Share Settings (Profile tab > Gear button > Share Settings) and tap the Facebook button.
- If you have not yet done so, connect Instagram to Facebook on your device. When the Facebook authorization page appears, make sure that the Facebook username at the bottom is an administrator of the brand's Facebook account.
- If you already connected to Facebook on your device, but need to switch accounts, unlink your Facebook account from Instagram.
- At this point, your device will be connected to your Facebook account, and by default, will post to your personal timeline. To change this, tap the "Share Photos to" button.

- This will display your posting options, including your personal wall, and a list of any pages for which you are an administrator. Select the page that you would like your Instagram to post photos to.

- When you click back, you will see that your brand will replace "Wall (Default)" in the "Share Photos to" category. Later, when you are sharing a picture to Facebook, you can also verify that the photo will be posted to the correct Facebook page.

Some users have reported receiving messages that their "Instagram Photos" Facebook album is full even if the album only had a small number of photos in it. We are aware of this issue and hope to have it resolved soon.
In the meantime, if you edit the title of the Instagram album from "Instagram Photos" to something else, the next time you share a photo from Instagram to Facebook a new "Instagram Photos" album will be created for you to upload your photos into.

If the wrong username is appearing on Twitter when someone mentions you on Instagram, the wrong Twitter account is associated with your Instagram account. To fix this, disconnect Instagram from Twitter, and make sure the desired Twitter account is associated with your device. Then reconnect to Twitter through Instagram.
